How to order
Contact Catherine on 01253 795 523 to request a FREEPOST package – please feel free at this point to ask any questions you want.
Included in your package is:
A sturdy flat pack cardboard box to keep your glasses safe – click here for video instructions on how to assemble the box if you need them. This flat pack box has a FREEPOST label already stuck on it so there’s no postage for you to pay.
Bubble Wrap to further protect your glasses.
A blank order form. If you need your glasses reglazed urgently you can print off and order form by clicking on this link, and send on the glasses yourself. Please ensure they are well wrapped and well protected if you send them on yourself.
When the FREEPOST package has arrived at your address, please complete the enclosed order form and return it with:
Your recent optical prescription.
Your glasses (wrapped in the provided bubble wrap).
When I receive your package I’ll ring you to discuss your options, take payment and answer any more queries you may have.
Your lenses will be reglazed and your reglazed glasses will be returned to you – usually within 4 to 10 working days (depending on the type of lenses).
Please don’t include your glasses case – it’s not necessary.
Credit Card Fraud
To prevent fraudulent payments being made by credit/debit cards, occasionally we may ask for photo ID and two recent utility bills to be provided. If photo ID etc isn’t supplied when asked for, we will be unable to supply new lenses.
